How does this estimator work?

The estimator applies the actual Cci&Vous 2026 rates to the days you select. For dog care starting from 6 pm, it applies the evening rate from Monday to Thursday and the weekend rate from Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays also use the weekend rate. You can choose a continuous period (click the start day and then the end day; click the same date again for a single day) or separate days (each click adds or removes a day).

Need care for several pets? Simply enter the number of animals of each type (dog, cat, small pet) at the top of the form. Each dog and small pet has its own section for entering different dates and needs. Several cats visited together in the same home are still charged per visit. The travel charge is applied once per journey, never once per animal when visits are combined.

For cats, Johanna visits your home. Visits are charged per call, never per cat. Whether the household has one cat or several, the price of a visit is the same. For small pets (rabbits, rodents, ferrets, birds, etc.), a daily rate applies whether Johanna boards them at her home or visits yours. Johanna does not board cats at her home.

For dogs, enter the actual times: the first hour is charged at the starting rate, then additional hours at the reduced rate. For up to 5 hours, the total never exceeds the half-day cap; for up to 10 hours, the estimator applies the full-day rate where appropriate. Beyond 10 hours, it adds the extra hours set out in the price list. With the day + overnight stay option, the package is also compared with the itemised calculation to apply the best price. An arrival from 19:00 is charged as an overnight stay only for the first day. For a continuous period, the end date is the departure day and therefore adds no overnight stay; care hours on that final day are calculated from 9 am.

Is this estimate a firm quote?

No, it is an indicative estimate designed to be very close to the actual price. To reserve the slot and confirm the rate:

1. Check Johanna’s availability for your dates.
2. Contact her directly by phone, WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
3. Discuss any specific needs (medication, the animal’s particular requirements, arrival/departure time, and small tasks such as watering plants or collecting post).
4. Johanna replies to confirm the slot and final rate.
