Understanding Cci&Vous pricing

Pricing is simple, transparent and confirmed in advance. No unpleasant surprises. Here is how it works:

• Hourly dog care: the first hour has its own rate, then each additional hour is added. The total is automatically capped at the half-day price for up to 5 hours, then at the full-day rate for up to 10 hours.
• Evenings and weekends: the “weekday evening” rate applies from 6 pm, Monday to Thursday. Weekend rates apply from 6 pm on Friday, and throughout Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
• Cat home visits: each visit to your home is charged at the relevant visit rate (weekday or weekend/public holiday), regardless of the number of cats present. You can arrange several visits per day if needed.
• Small pets (boarding or visits): for rabbits, rodents, ferrets, birds, etc. Daily rate: 15 € on weekdays and 18 € at weekends and on public holidays, whether boarding with Johanna or receiving a visit at your home.
• Small tasks during visits: watering plants, collecting post, feeding hens, etc. Please discuss these directly with Johanna when booking.
• Travel charge: 0.75 € / km, calculated on the return distance between Veigy-Foncenex and your home. For example, a 10 km one-way distance = 15.00 € per return journey.
• Surcharges: medication (3 € / day), unneutered animal (3 € / day), female cat in season (3 € / day).

Dog care over several days

The total depends on arrival and departure times, overnight stays and the type of day. The estimator itemises every charge, with no travel fees when the dog is dropped off at Johanna’s home.

One visit per day, Monday to Sunday, for one or several cats

5 visits at the weekday rate + 2 visits at the weekend rate = 130.00 €, plus a travel charge for each journey. The number of cats in the same home does not increase the visit price.
